The SIM card only works on cell phones; it will not work on a mobile WiFi hotspot (Pocket WiFi). This is a no-contract prepaid service. The SIM card is available in three sizes: standard, micro, and nano. Refer to the instructions included in the package for your activation request. We will activate the service for you within 24 hours. If you are with T-Mobile, you cannot keep your current number. Existing T-Mobile phone numbers cannot be transferred to this item. This is a new activation-only service, not a refill item for T-Mobile. Please note that the activation will happen before 12:00 PM (PT) on the first date you want to use it.
